Window: you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and the invoice.

Non-returnable: items damaged by misuse, or activated eSIM devices, unless defective.

Defective items: we will replace them or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refunds: processed to the original payment method after we inspect the item, usually within 7-14 business days.
